Victoria Beckham shares rare makeup-free photo as her doctor denies she's had surgery

Victoria Beckham always looks incredibly well put together, so it came as a surprise to fans when the 49-year-old reposted a photo of herself without a scrap of makeup on.
The makeup-free photo of Victoria was originally posted by her son, Romeo Beckham, to mark her birthday, and VB reshared the sweet message on her Instagram Stories. In the laidback snap, Victoria cuddles up to her 20-year-old son looking incredibly fresh-faced and youthful.
The mum-of-four is founder of her own skincare range with high-profile doctor Augustinus Bader, so it comes as no surprise that her skin looks plump and glowing, but ahead of her birthday this week, VB shared she'd had a helping hand in keeping her skin fresh.
In a video with skin doctor Dr. Ghavami the former Spice Girl gave an insight into how she looks after her skin, including the facial she swears by. Watch the video below to find out her secrets.
"Our skin is our largest organ, so it's important we take as much care of it as possible! Earlier this week I had an incredible laser treatment with @DrGhavami," she captioned the video.
One fan couldn't believe Victoria hasn't had surgery on her skin, writing: "This is absurd. She clearly has to have had some kind of facelift and it looks amazing," to which Dr. Ghavami responded: "Nope. Great genes."
The doctor teased that he will soon be revealing more information about Victoria's laser treatment of choice, with fans desperate to learn more.
